Telkom bad service and not answering phones

I have ordered an ADSL line by going to the Menlyn Shop. Service there was good. However, someone with the name William showed up at my house on Monday, said that he needed to get into my neighbour's yard to work on a pole there and then disappeared. It is now Thursday and I have not heard from him or anyone else. I was given the number of Pearl *** in the original SMS to me and she picks up the phone but just places it on her desk and goes on with life. William gave me his supervisors name which is Trevor Tel ***. This number just rings. Nobody answers it. <br> <br> Please help me I don't know what to do.
