TELKOM BAD SERVICE AND *********** AGENTS

Telkom has a very bad service and *********** agents , i have spoken to Jeanine Mathews and Lerato Ramabele today 14 August @ 08:15 , telling me 2 different things - i want to migrate my contract from postpaid to top up - Lerato says its impossible to do that , while i was advised i can its possible- i am very unhappy about Telkom service , your service its pathetic and your network signal very poor , will never recommend any one from my family and friends
