Telkom bad service and extremely dishonest

I have never dealt with a telecoms company as bad and dishonest as Telkom. Just to activate fiber it takes 4 month and still no fiber connection. Everytime you call the sales department which activates the line you get different responses. Instead of simple activation you get a response of we have escalated your request. They're billing is also not great you get charged differently on a fixed contract.
