Telkom bad service and dishonest

On Saterday 27 March 2021, me and my Husband went to Telkom in Brits mall to take out another cell phone contract. Everthing went smooth and we were very happy with the service. The guy who helped us said that he wil order the A31 Samsung and then it will be here on Monday to collect and then we can get the smart watch as well. He also said we dont need to worry about the stock for the smart watch, for there are a lot in stock. On Monday I went to the Telkom shop and the guy said that the phone is not here yet. On Wednesday we still didnt hear anything from them and my husband decided to go and and find out what is going on. This time the whole story changes. The guy said to my husband that they cant get the A31 samsung anymore but they will give him the A32 for the same price and contract and he also said that the watch is out of stock and that they dont know when they will recieve the phone or the watch!! This is unacceptable and such bad service!! Where in the world does one change the type of phone we ordered and then also tell us that they dont know when they will receive the phone or smart watch!! Tommorrow will be the 1ste of April and I will be going back to the shop and I will stay there untill I recieve a cell phone and the smart watch because someone is lying and not doing their work and this I will not tollerate.
