Telkom bad service and communication

Good afternoon

I've been having bad experiences with telkom for many times how and it's getting to me.

1stly in 2022 I lost a phone that was insured by telkom, when I claimed the phone, telkom told me things that were not told to me when the contract and insurance was taken. Meaning I list just Luke that.

Recently telkom suspends my account without giving me a valid reason, and I always have to suffer waiting for them to open my line again. Reason for all of this, they stopped deducting from my bank account and their explanation is that my account was handed over to collections.

They did not inform me that I'm being handed over to collections, hence I call them everytime my line is suspended. They never informed me that they canceling the debit date.

Please assist me, telkom isn't giving me good services
