Telkom bad service

BAD SERVICE. I am having trouble with Telkom to cancel my email account no ***. After numerous phone calls, emails and visits to the Telkom office since October 2020 it has not been cancelled. Recently case no ***9 has been lodged. Soon thereafter I received a sms that above case no was resolved. BUT today i received a threatening message from their attorneys to say that amount is due and i will be blacklisted. See copy from attorneys: "Dear Telkom Customer, kindly note payment on your account is overdue. Urgent payment is required in order to make use of your Telkom services. Balance details can be viewed online using: http://bhamdahya.net and payment can be made directly to Telkom. Contact Bham & Dahya Attorneys on *** ( Whatsapp ***). Ignore SMS if paid. Ref: TELSU/A2854" The case no with ref number was forwarded to attorneys. Looks like nothing is resolved.
