Telkom Bad Service

I have reported that we had a faulty line on 25/10/2023 Reference no: ***6 No calls in or out and no adsl

Then I did this stupid Telkom Robot assistance and was told I would receive a call back shortly. Done this 3 times no one has phoned me.

On Telkom's website, it only shows that I have logged faults, but no progress update on their side. Customer Service does not exist with Telkom. Will be canceling my contract.
