Telkom bad service

I have been experiencing bad service with my telkom account every month. They would lock my account cs they say I have not paid and yet they deduct debit order on my account every month. So I have to call in every month to have my account unlocked and it takes a long time for my account to be unlocked. I'm so furious. Never again will I have a contract with telkom.
