Telkom bad service

What a bad service I am receiving from Telkom.

I have been trying to get my settlement amount for the past 2months. I went to their store in Greenacres and they told me to call their customer care as if I'm not at the Telkom store.

I called customer care several times with no assistance. Last week I called again and I was promised I will receive the settlement letter but I did not receive it.

I'm really tired and irritated by what Telkom is doing, I could have paid up my account long time ago.
