Telkom bad service

Telkom is a ****, i have been using them for years now. They dont want to see you leaving their services. I went to the store in May and asked them how much is needed for me to pay off my account i was told i have to pay R33,00. I did pay that money but to my surprise month end May i was told i have to pay R1000 of which i also paid. In July i received a statement to say im owning R2000 i paid that money and took a contact for data only which is R396 every month. I have been paying that amount until today when I was debited R500 when i asked they said its for June 😤 how is that even possible. When i asked to cancel the account the lady put me to Cell C competition 😡 after being on the phone for 20 minutes using my own airtime the Telkom agent had to do this to me. I am so disappointed and frustrated
