Telkom bad service.

I love Telkom as a service provider but their service noooo its very BADDD, I have bought 2 laptops from them,Huawei and Acer. The acer comes with a printer, but I'm not enjoying the laptop as it is very slow the Ram cannot accept the printer,so basically it's like I don't have a laptop. I took it back weeks ago they told me they gave it to Platinum to fix but still nothing has changed. So I'm basically paying for something im not enjoying cos now I can't do my work because the laptop is slow and it cannot connect to the printer they gave me.
