Telkom bad service

I cannot find the option to speak to a consultant on their customer care line,and a lot of people I know are complaining about the same thing..you have to go to the branch for everything..I regret taking a contract with them..their twitter handler said its option 1-1-1-1 ,which goes to bundle purchase option.
