Telkom bad service

Telkom has no customer service skills, they have had out wifi off for the pass month. We have paid every payment each and every month any yet they put our wifi off due to non-payments. The agents would advise us that the account is updated today but yet it is still off. Telkom is would debit the money from our account and still mention the account was not paid. I would never recommend telkom service.
