Telkom bad service

Telkom line and internet not working since last Thursday ,reported the problem. A technician will be sent. Technician came today Monday at 8.30am checked the internet, said he needs to go and check some box,never returned. Then a second guy arrives at 12H00 checked the phone and internet, said he needs to go and check the poles,he also never came back. Called telkom ,they said that the technician rescheduled to come back.They should of notified us and give us some feedback on the problem,never did.Such bad service.
