Telkom bad service

I should not even give them 1 star. Their service is terrible I haven't a billing query and it's a month nothing has been done. Their agents are rude and why is it that one cannot email the billing department directly. They dont have managers to assist or oversee. I have a case log and call everyday and no one can help. They say I must just wait for the case to close.
