Telkom Bad Service

Telkom does not really care about their customers.,when you call their customer care you cannot get through to an agent who can assist you with your problem. I have tried calling, sent an email and even a dm on Twitter but still nothing. Their service is really disgusting but when you want to purchase a phone they are quick to call. So irritated
