Telkom bad service

I have been with telkom for years my contract ended November 2024 and the turned it to month to month contract without informingme. I contacted them on the 31st of December to cancel the month to month contract but it was not canceled, I contacted them again on the 30th of January to cancel again it is not canceled as I have received a statement that I'm owing them money that will be deducted from my account. I contacted them again today I was on hold for more that 30 minutes
