Telkom bad service

I have logged a 2 calls with telkom to cancell 2 contracts that I have with them reff (***1 and ***8),I was told that someone will be incontact with me to finalise the cancellation .No one contacted me yet and it's been over 7 days now.I have been following up with their call center .They are making this process difficult for no reason .It's as if they do not want me to cancel these contracts .They are telling me about penality fees and I have no issues with that .THIS IS SO FUSTRATING
