Telkom bad service

Hello Peter it is with sadness and regret that I post my story, i woke up this morning to find out that Telkom which I no longer have a contract with has deducted R19000(nineteen thousand from my bank account) worse my contracted ended on the 31st of August 2020. The last two unauthorized debit orders were R500 which I managed to stop and reverse but this one is unrevesable. This is insane hello Peter could you kindly assist by resolving this issue ASAP.
