TELKOM BAD SERVICE

I Ricard my Sim. card about 2 months ago under my name went to the mall and everything I like far from the mall today I tried calling with the Sim card and it says the number has been suspended! I call the damn call center they tell me it has a Rica issue but she tells me that the number ber is Ricard under my name she does not know how it has been suspended I need to go to a telkom shop to unsuspend it because they can't do it! I'm so ****ed I can't just up and leave every damn I'm so sick of this I have airtime I this Sim card and I need it for work! can someone u suspend this Sim card!
