Telkom bad service

I am utterly ****ed with telkom. They have a special running on their fibre internet until the end of April. I wanted to enquire about it. I requested a call back either early last week or 2 weeks ago and nobody called. I requested another one on Monday and nobody called. It states they will call back within 48 hours and I am still waiting. Telkom still had the audacity to send me a customer service survey.
