Telkom Bad Service

Telkom has been an absolute nightmare. The worst customer service EVER!! I've been trying to get my month to month contract cancelled since mid November and still not done. I'm being billed for a service that I'm not using because a whole bunch of *********** agents can't follow a simple instruction.

The last agent is spoke with today by the name of Corah Makamu was absolutely disgusting. She said that she cannot get her manager Violet Matou to take my call as she will just tell me the same thing. What **** is that??

I want my contract cancelled and reimbursed for the extra 2 months I'm being billed for. My case numbers are ***8 & ***7!!

Each call is escalated to Casper because the person does not exist!!

I wish I never have to deal with Telkom again!!!
