Telkom. - Bad Service

For the last 6 years, and after numerous calls logs and numerous reverence number. They still didn't come and fix the telkom pole in my yard. It's leaning more then 30⁰ towards my carport.

At rhis stage I'm going to cut it down and remove the material from my property
