Telkom bad service

Telkom keeps on debiting me different amount,i have a contract with them for R199 but i got debited R398 ,im very disappointed because the last time i spoke to 1 call agent ,they i will be debited R199 but they still debited me R398,i think to cancel with as i cant take there nonsense anymore
