Telkom bad service.

I recently app**** for a contract at telkom. The request was declined and details given to the sales person all documents included. He told me he would submit the documents and i should have no issues getting the contract. I called them today and was told that no request or details were submitted. I went into the store and was told there was nothing they can do. Talking to the manager he confirmed that no request was submitted. Now i have to wait another week probably to just get no feedback again
