Telkom Bad Service

I have been without a working landline since 20/6/2022. I have logged the problem various times but am unable to get this matter resolved. The only response I get is a sms that my landline is now working when in fact it is not working. They close your fault report automatically eventhough nothing was done. This is unacceptable from such a big company.
