Telkom BAD Service

Bad service at telkom shops. They tell you that they will call you back to fix your problem, they never do. When you call the customer care they told me an instruction was sent to the particular shop to assist me and they will be calling soon to assist. Still waiting. I migrated from vodacom to Telkom because vodacom used to be expensive on data. But if Telkom gives such BAD SERVICE to their customers I'm ready to change again.
