Telkom bad service

<p>Hi. We have been sent to itc by Telkom for Blacklisting and our phone line have been discontinued without any call from them. I have had a bit of financial issue since the SA junk status and have been paying small amounts to the company. I never received 1 call from them asking what the problem could be or even to say that there is a problem. We have always paid our account in full weather a month later. I received 1 call and at the time I was in a meeting and nicely asked them to call me back later. They refused to call me back and just discontinued the phone line. Now they expect me to pay a connection fee and the account that they decided to cut off. I would understand the action if I had refused to cooperate, but never once did anyone contact me for anything. So people should be aware of companies like this that bully you and give you bad reputation without any consultations. I'm sorry, but that's not on.</p>
