telkom bad service

I app**** to have my line moved to a new address, they came installed the line and then gave me a new number ?? don't want a new number want the same number I have had for years<br> then the number is left for me but it is one digit short and I cannot get hold of anyone on 10210 - it just rings and rings<br> <br> also want adsl line which they told me to move the line first and then do the adsl line - why cant it all happen at once ????
