Telkom bad service

I have been with Telkom for more than 20 years. I always have problems with my ADSL Line you call them and they not of really good help. So yesterday i had no internet at all called Telkom and i was told i must take my rooter to Fourways Mall they will test it for me went to Fourways they send me to Kyalami shop no 70 went to Kylami they send me to Mall of Africa went to Mall of Africa they send me to Greenstone. This is very poor service do they think my car run on water to be send all over Johannesburg and not getting any help from these guys. I am done with Telkom really their service are bad.
