TELKOM - BAD SERVICE

<p>I took a ciontract with Telkom for R149 and i made it clear to the from the onset that im not prepared to pay anything more that than. For the fisrt two months they debited the correct amount but on the 25th of May they decided to debit R625 from my account, i reversed the transaction and they again debited R1296 and i reserved the trasaction again. When i went to the store they told me that my monthly limit is R500 where as i was clear from the beginning that i dont wanna pay anything more than the contract amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>My colleagues also experienced the same problem with Telkom..and the consultants dont want to be accountable for not explaining or telling you these things. Telkom always tell us about affordable deals where as they keep deducting monies from our accounts and i dont know if they dont see that this is bad for the brand.:-(</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
