Telkom...BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!

<p>I went to Telkom at Maponya Mall on the 25 February to reopen the ADSL contact i had with them. A payment of R700 was needed from me within the next seven days. So i payed the amount as stated to me. Following that i received an sms on the 6 March from Telkom stating that they got my payment and they would send a technician to come and install the landline and modem. I waited and waited and waited! !!!!!! I finally decide to go back to Telkom at Maponya Mall. I asked the consultant working there about the delay. He said he'll fix it and they will call me the following week. I received and sms on the 17 March from telkom stating that a technician will be coming on that day between 7am -4pm, I waited again and again and again and NO ONE showed up. I called telkoms helpline the consultant named Elisah said the technician people called me and said that my number doesn't exist. I told the consultant how can that be when you guys sms me on that same number and it worked. He then said he'll make a emergency note. Days went by again!!!!!!!I got a call from telkom on the 23 March stating that they will be coming next day between 7am-4pm. I gave them my brother's details because i wasnt able to be home during that time due to work. Did they show up???? NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! once again! I called the the helpline again at the beginning of april, the consultant told me the same thing the previous consultant said. My mom then went to Telkom Maponya this passed sunday. The guy that works there said the technican will be coming on monday/tuesday. Im still WAITINGGGG!!!!! </p> <p>Im sick and tired of this S*** service. I've been calling and running up and down to get the installation done and dusted. I only get excuses and more EXCUSES! !!!!!!!!! </p> <p>Do not go to TELKom to get their products!!!!!!!!! You will wait forever!!!!!!!!</p>
