Telkom Bad Service

Don't waste your time calling their many call centre or customer numbers, all agents cannot or are told not to transfer calls or refer issues to supervisors. no wonder we will soon be bailing this company out as a country.

I have not been receiving invoices from day 1 and 24 months into the contract no one seem to know why even after multiple requests and visits to shops. secondly you cannot even do anything on their app nor website. One cannot view a simple invoice or statement, I guess it's meant for updating contact because that is the only thing that work. You cannot even cancel unauthorized subscriptions that have been there Lord knows when because you don't receive invoices.

Wondering if they even respond to reviews here or as usual, they don't care until you owe them.
