Telkom - Bad Service

My Telkom SmartBroadband Wireless Uncapped LTE wifi services has been offline since 1 December 2019. Visited 2 Telkom Shops (Zevenwacht Mall and Stellenbosch Mall) and none of the staff members can tell me what the reason is for the services been offline. Logged a query number ***2 with no luck. I pay for a service I dont't get. This is absolutely bad services from Telkom!
