Telkom bad service

I ordered an iPhone 12 64gb but they delivered iPhone 12 mini instead, i called them but all they tell is that they will resolve the matter within 48 hours when the 48hrs pass, i called again and they tell me to wait another 48 hours. I now have to pay for something i didn't order 😒
