Telkom bad service

I had a telkom service years ago where I changed my residence and asked them numerous times to change my new address. They did not do it but still deducted their fees and every time I called they were unhelpful and put the phone down. I canceled my prescription and when I tried to open a new one years later, they canceled due to me... me owing them?!! And what?.. R400 for services they did not rendered. Yet they already did a new mandate on my bank account to deduct the new service anyway, which I have not received and when I called, they were unhelpful and put the phone down on me. I am really unimpressed by the way this was dealt with and I want people to know what kind of service they render... none! They want your money but don't deliver. Worst thing I've experienced
