Telkom BAD SERVICE

<p>Ordered a phone with Telkom and was told it would be delivered in 10 working days. my order was cancelled and then reinstated, they debited me all the while no one tells me what is going on. then eventually 5 weeks later the device gets delivered... was told it will take 48hrs to register the sim on the network... 5 days later no one can assist me but i will be debited again month end, and all the call center agents can say is '' there is nothing i can do''. i am besides myelf, i never thought i would encounter such service from Telkom after having failed with MTN n Vodacom. Sies!</p>
