Telkom Bad service!!

<p>Hi. I app**** for a Huawei P9 lite inside the telkom store in Kenilworth centre - R249 which includes 2gigs data. I was told that my application was approved, however because there were no stock inside the store I would have to wait a week or two for stock to arrive and that a consultant would be intouch with me regarding the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been longer than a month now and I've been at the store twice (because the store doesnt allow customers to phone in, you have to go there physically which I also think is ridiculous) and still nothing. Wow I guess this is the service I can expect from now on from telkom. What happened to the days when customer was king?</p> <p> </p> <p>Jeremy</p>
