TELKOM BAD SERVICE

I'm so disappointed with the Service that I got from Telkom. I missed a payment for May, and on the 30th of June, a double payment was deducted. I'm still getting messages that my account is overdue,I called their call center this morning they are telling me that my account has been handed over!!! I don't appreciate the treatment and im so dissapointed with the Service that Telkom is giving to their customers!!!!
