Telkom bad service.

Due to years of poor service I ditched my Telkom landline for a voip service which is better and cheaper. I negected to change my email address from Intekom (part of Telkom) and I was cut off. It is impossible to reach Intekom. Telkom Inquiries will not put you through. I sent Intekom several emails, and received automated repies, but no action. Although I now have a gmail address, Intekom is sitting on many important emails which I cannot retrieve.
