Telkom - Bad Service

<p>On Black Friday I did the online application for Telkom LTE. I never received a service follow up call to finalize the application. Tried numerous time to get hold of the custumer service, but their lines were always busy and when I left messages and online queries, I didn't receive feedback. Today (after 3 week) I finally got hold of the sales department and they said that the product is no longer available due to the time period that has passed. Terrible terrible service from Telkom for not following up on my online application and now they lost me as a potential customer.</p>
