Telkom bad service

I don't even want to give a star... I have been a Telkom Mobile client for almost 4 years now 7 i'm still struggling with connectivity issues. I use my phone for business & have logged various complaints. After sales service is pathetic... Can someone help me with cancelling my contract - DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES - & without being liable for the balance of the contract. pathetic service I HATE TELKOM ABSOLUTELY HATE TELKOM....
