Telkom bad service

Was at there store in zevenwacht today ,had a query the lady that asist me have a stick attitude. What's the use of them if they can't help you,I must phone customer service. I tell her I send them emails they don't rep****, if they phone I asked for call back becoz I'm at work no calls. Now they send me statements letter of demands.How can I pay something if I need clarity.
