Telkom bad service

<p>We have been waiting for our fax line to be installed for 3 weeks. At first the response was very quick and the technician actually came out but we had to do something to the roof first then the fax line could be installed. Since then we have done the necssary but get excuse after excuse after that as to why the line cannot be installed. The reference number is ********** 20A. </p> <p>The person we have been dealing with is Kabelo Se***o on ********** 799. </p>
