Telkom - BAD SERVICE

Telkom handed me over to NuDebt to collect a debit order due 31 January 2026. I have logged a complaint with their call centre and NuDebt keep on sending me emails and sms's. It is frustrating to go through Telkom's call centre and even though I gave as much information as possible and proof that everything is up to date, Telkom is not resolving the issue on their end.
