Telkom _ BAD SERVICE

Telkom, are you guys for real? You block my services without warning, but still manage to deduct my subscription fee from my account?! What kind of ***********, unprofessional, and downright thieving behavior is this?

I've already wasted my time calling your useless customer service team, and the consultant I spoke to just asked me to send proof of payment which I've done. But still, NOTHING has been done to resolve the issue.

Your agents are completely clueless and unhelpful. It's clear that they're just reading from a script and don't actually care about resolving customer issues.

Fix. This. Now. I demand to speak to a supervisor or someone who actually knows what they're doing. This is ridiculous…
