Telkom Bad service

<p>I went online twice to order a landline, I get a call which i'm just put on hold for over an hour. So I went to the shop directly which was great and I was helped immediately. But then they smsed me that the line would be installed on the 10th any time between 7:30 and 4pm, I took off work and waited the whole day and they never arrived. I wansnt even called to say that they wouldnt be able to make it or to reschedule. Today i'm home again waiting but this is terrible customer service! the worst is that I cant even go to another service provider! Order no ***</p>
