TELKOM - BAD SERVICE

Dear Telkom

Please be advise that since we activated our account with you it a big mess. The client service we get from your company is really no good!!!

Our account is in arrears since we started this account for no reasons. We pay almost our R3500 a month for only 2 contracts.

We keep on getting this reminders to pay every single day although we pay every month.

We tried to go sort this out in one of the Telkom branches they promised that it will get sorted but still every month they want to deduct money.

Hope we can sort this issue out as its been over a year that im struggling with TELKOM.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
