Telkom bad service

I also moved to a new house and have the same problem as lots of people, it’s been over a month and no action. I got an IT reference *** that they will be at my house today (15 July 2019), I waited all day, but no one came. This will give me a heart attack as no one at Telkom can help! I don’t even want to mention the amount of time and phone calls this came to. No internet and buying data is costing me, never before did I experience such bad service.
