Telkom bad service!!!!

I now know why they call Telkom "HELLKOM". . . . . . Worst service that I ever had with a company. I was contacted by Mobile Talk who sold me 2 devices on one contract but the sales agent **** about the data that will be received on the one device so I then in return called Mobile Talk where they then pulled the call recordings and it was confirmed that I was missed lead by the sales agent, non the less I opt to cancel the deal and return the devices as it was within the cooling off period. a few days later RAM fetched the devices and all was well. At the end of the month debit orders went off my account from Mobile Talk and from Telkom. I called Telkom and they advised me that the sim cards and numbers is still active on the system. I then had to explain what happened and asked that the contracts be cancelled. Its been more than 5 weeks and the only answer I get from Telkom when I call them is that the case is with the cancellations department and all I need to do is wait for feedback that I never get. Please believe the reviews from other customers and learn from our mistakes!!!!!!!
